On last night’s 60 Minutes, former Tonight Show host Conan O’Brien made his triumphant return to television with his first interview since being unceremoniously banned from being funny on TV by NBC. What follows is further proof as to why Conan is just a really funny and likeable dude and why NBC and Leno are a pair of used up clown shoes. Dirty old dishonorable unfunny clown shoes. Complete interview below.
Oh and also…during the celebrity laden White House Correspondents’ Dinner last Friday, President Obama kicked off the evening of levity by ripping Jay Leno like a piece of fart tissue paper-all too easily. Leno’s fake laughter ensues.
Wait, what?!?! Apparently Dave and the Late Show also tried to get Conan involved in CBS’ Super Bowl spot but ultimately “they had too much going on to consider it…” Which I’m sure involved “too much” of staying as far away from Jay “Let me Take My Show Back” Leno. Via Deadline Hollywood.

Just released yesterday on CD, iTunes, DVD (which contains an extra 30 minutes not seen on TV), and for free to listen to here at Spinner.com (sorry Aziz, but it’s for the people).
See crazy azz Aziz discuss more on Conan (thread counts), Letterman (Kanye) and Jimmy Kimmel (R. Kelly).
With the imminent departure firing of Conan O’Brien as The Tonight Show host, here’s a look back at Jay Leno in a graceful gesture back in 2004 as “The Chin” announced his own future departure from the legendary show.
I never thought I would be posting a clip from The Jay Leno Show but Jimmy Kimmel just really took it to Jay last night during Jay’s 10 at 10 interview segment and the results were just, wow. With Jimmy defending Conan so vehemently you have to wonder if Jay is some sort of comedy masochist of because maybe having Jimmy on the show wasn’t such a good idea after all. But Jay actually took it all on the chin quite well. Ba-du-bump! It writes itself people, it writes itself.

Hey did you hear Conan O’Brien may be fired from replaced on The Tonight Show by former host Jay Leno? Yeah, me neither. But here’s Kenneth the Page from 30 Rock doing his best to remind Coco that he’s a go-go.
Also…In honor of the best red headed late night talk show host ever and the best bearded one who conducts his show between two ferns, here’s the infamous meeting of the two comedy gods on Between Two Ferns.
Zach Galifianakis’ unsettling brand of humor continues to bring Hollywood’s biggest stars to their knees, with the exceptions of Charlize Theron and Natalie Portman who flipped the ferns on the bearded one. This time Zach gives Conan O’Brien the Zach treatment with an assist from Conan’s Tonight Show sidekick Andy Richter and a special appearance by a certain Dick.
